Safety First & Covid-19

We put safety first for each and every client.

Any exercise equipment we bring to training is thoroughly cleaned.

Trainers

     –   Conduct daily health checks including symptom and temperature checks

     –   Maintain and practice proper hygiene

     –   Wear masks and observe social distancing when applicable

 

 

 

 


Trainer Sessions

We value the time and effort you are putting into your personal health. 

Our trainer will behave professionally and make every effort to be on time.

If we need to cancel a session for any reason, you will not be charged for the missed session and it will be added on to the end of your package free of charge.

 


Cancellations

Please make every effort to cancel any sessions 24 hours in advance.

If you have purchased a package, canceled sessions that we have received notification of  will be added on to the end of your package free of charge.

We understand that emergencies happen therefor every client is allowed one short-notice cancellation
You will not be charged for the missed session and if you have purchased a package it will be added on to the end of your package for free.

All subsequent short notice cancellations will result in being charged for the missed session.  No shows are not eligible for the free short-notice cancellation.

We MUST receive a phone call indicating a cancellation before your session.

Refunds

We strive to meet the goals of our clients, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services or need to cancel a package we will refund you for services not yet rendered.

If you have paid for a package in full, you will be refunded for unused sessions and services minus the discounts obtained for purchasing a package.

To calculate your refund multiply the single session price by how many sessions you have had and subtract that amount from the package price you paid.

Emergencies

Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment for our clients and to design programs that can be implemented without injury. However, we recognize that there may be times when an emergency situation occurs and outside assistance is required. In those cases, we will administer appropriate immediate first aid and/or CPR. If the victim is unconscious, we will check his/her breathing and pulse; then we will follow these procedures:

1.) Dial 911 or appropriate emergency services.

2.) Be prepared to provide the emergency dispatcher with the exact location, telephone number from which the call is being made, the name of the caller, a description of what happened, the number of people involved, the condition of the individual/s (I.e. alert, unconscious, etc.), and a description of what assistance or first aid has been rendered.

3.) Follow whatever instructions the dispatcher gives you. In many situations, the dispatcher will be able to tell you how to best care for the individual/s.

4.) Do not hang up until the dispatcher tells you to.

5.) Once the dispatcher tells you to hang up, return to the individual/s.
